Report a translation problem
There is no manual reload for Sprawl, we instead allow the player to have the max ammo count available to them at all times. Getting head shots or hitting enemies on weak spots can help replenish ammo as you play the game.
When looking at the Weapon ammo UI, the top number is the available ammo for the weapon, the bottom number is the max ammo count the weapon can carry. When the top number is at zero and red it indicated there is no more ammo available.
If what you are seeing is not this then please by all means reach out again so we can investigate what the issue could be.
Sorry, I think this isn't great UI. I think maybe a simple slash somewhere between the numbers would make it more clear. Definitely looks like an ammo reserve.
