I have played through the entire game, but missed two achievements. After starting again (twice), I cannot get the lights to come on. In every playthrough, I placed the fuse, but yet still have one. A fuse cannot be placed in the red room, only in the hallway, so I'm not sure why I have two of them. The wires are placed correctly, door opens, blue and green boxes connected.
