MY GAME IS SO BLURRY EVEN ON HIGHEST SETTINGS

for some reason my game is insanely blurry
i cant see CJ'S GARAGE DOOR
I cant see fences
the buildings are extremely blurry
I play on 1440p everything on high / ultra and
this still does not fix the problem, does anyone know how can I FIX THIS??

The game doesn't seem to have any sharpening set and I find that it helps. I do it through reshade since I use MXAO instead of the game's intense SSAO but if you have an NVIDIA card you can also press Alt+F3 to access game filters and set a sharpening filter there. That should help.

gta vice city looks great and i dont have such problems but with this one things are different
i tried reinstalling 2-3 times changing nvidia 3d settings and many other things nothing helps

It's like LOD is very very low. Did you change settings manually in the config file or mod the game? Or maybe game doesn't detect enough VRAM.

Try deleting all config files here %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas Definitive Edition\Config\WindowsNoEditor\

WOW that fixed it man, thank you so much,
I messed with those settings like months ago and I totally forgot about that

deleting all config files from that folder fixes the issue
