The game is bugged!

I'm playing the mission Los Desperados to help Cesar get his hood back (after Officer Tempenny was found innocent and civil war started in Los Santos). First part is just fine, but when I try to fight some dudes behind the car, they start shooting during the cut scene and when the game allows me to shoot, Cesar insta dies.

The bug occurs at 6:05, anyone found fix?

Solution: I restarted the mission and used the UZUMYMW cheat to get the rocket launcher, so I shot everyone as fast as possible and completed the mission
