What mods to get this game working, wanna buy it since its on sale.

I'm sure this is asked a gazzilion times but what mods do i need, if needed, should i get to get this game working and be the definitive way of playing san andreas, also the other games in the trilogy too

You can play it just fine without mods.
If you want all original songs to be present install Definitive Edition Radio Stations Restored mod.

Yeah i dont really care too much about the music, but there wont be any bugs or bad graphics?

Flying in SA can cause terrain to load slow and be ugly for some time. During certain unique jumps if your fps is higher than 60 fps the camera may stuck in slo-mo mode unless or until you limit fps to 60. There are no mods to fix these problems though afaik.

Some character models look not that good. There are mods to replace them. Visit GTA Definitive Edition page on nexusmods and sort by endorsement.
