How to cap 144 fps?
Hi, every time I launch the game the fps cap resets to 60 automatically I have to set 144 manually every time. How to cap it permanently?

All other settings are ok.

Thx

if you have nVidia graphics card u can do it via the ADVANCED 3D SETTINGS
going to the section MAX FRAMERATE and choosing 144

u can also use rivaturner but you will have to start rivaturner everytime.

3rd option using the in-game video settings but u said they are changing automatically
and I wonder what is the reason because once set by me none of those settings on their own
I'm also having this problem. Did you find any solution?

Is windows UAC or something blocking a file from being saved like it does with some games and u have to allow access to it. Would probably have been in ur notifications area saying unauthorised access gta.sa or some file related to gta. If its when u changing the fps setting ingame and not saving.
Use rtss and msi afterburner
