Weapon wheel stuck open

When I open the game, it is stuck on the weapon wheel being open. Selecting a weapon closes and then immediately opens the weapon wheel back up. How can I get around this bug so I can continue to play the game?

Make sure you don't have sticky keys turned on (it's a handicap/accessibility option in your OS). Make sure your controller if using one is calibrated properly. Or - just restart your PC and try again.
