The game always suddenly returns to the menu and there is no music in the intro

I often experience that when I play GTA SA Definitive Edition, the game always returns to the menu automatically, this is indicated by not being able to skip the intro using the controller and after the yellow Rockstar logo appears, the intro no longer has sound and a glitch occurs. Does anyone have a solution?
