This vs DirectX 3.0 Mod for Original

Which one do you guys prefer? DE is way more accessible and has better color filter now, but less modifiable.

But DirectX 3 mod is way more realistic and you can add other mods such as ragdolls, movements, weapons, vehicles, sounds, realistic crowds, etc but came with higher risks of bugs and crashes plus the nighttime lighting is too dark.
