I think I read somewhere that the game is no longer being fixed and this crap that we see now is the final version of the game. Or am I wrong?

The classic lighting they've added is far better than the standard remaster ♥♥♥♥♥ lighting it launched with. Typical its added just as I'm wrapping up the last few missions missions

Grove Street Games was also completely removed they no longer work with Rockstar to dev/update this game
