Why is there no loading screen music in GTA: SA Def. Edition?

My OG version had it if I'm not mistaking.

Only loading from the top level menu had music in the original. That music's still present in this version for me.

Same issue but only started when I installed mods. I will have to do a clean install to be sure though.
