Can't get 100% cuz of a bug - help? (breaking the bank at caligula's)

late in the game during the mission "breaking the bank at caligula's" there is a part in the mission where you blow up a vault to steal some money

the very very first time i was doing the mission the vault exploded correctly - but i died trying to leave - when i retried the mission and got to the vault part, the cutcene happend but the vault DID NOT EXPLODE - when i get close to it, zero says something then it fades to black only to be stuck in the vault unable to leave or complete the mission.

a complete softlock from 100%

this bug is pretty common i was wondering if anyone has an idea how to fix or maybe auto complete the mission somehow to get around it - there are currently no mods out there that do this or fix this mission that i know of - this bug goes all the way back to the mobile version.

this sound like one of those reload a earlyer save state type of problem that said i havent played this version yet so i could be completly off but logic says that should work (yes i know its gta remasterd and logic is missing here)
