It is normal?
I bought the game, but when i try to play i see a lot of stutter, is normal???
(my specs are: 4070ti and 5800x3d)

Put "-dx12" into launch options without quotes.

I tried, is better but the stutter is always present..

You could try locking your frame rate to 30 or 60 and see if that helps.

This and I also have my Cloud Quality set to "Material" along with Vsync "ON", FPS "60". It still occasionally stutters but its very much acceptable. Hope that helps
