Cant reach max sex appeal for achievement!

I cant reach maximum sex appeal for the "Chick magnet" achievement.
I have:

- Most expensive clothing from Victim store (gold chain, watch, grey jacket, leather pants, beret)
- Blond cornrows
- Most expensive tattoos on every avaible part of CJs body
- I tried driving different types of cars (Bullet, ZR-350, Banshee etc.)

The highest i can reach is 88% sex appeal (stat page says so). Am i doing something wrong? What am i missing? Help much apreaciated :)
