Certain Snapshot Icon not showing up

I'm trying to 100% this game and there is one bug that's preventing me to do that. A snapshot icon is supposed to be on the top of a building (location: King's) in SF, but there is no site of it anywhere. I've tried the old uninstall and reinstall method and that didn't seem to fix it. I would just like to know from anyone who happens to read this is experiencing the same thing at all, or if it's me. Also before anyone asks the obvious question, no. I haven't taken the snapshot of the icon in the past. Today was the first time I've EVER taken any snapshots in the game.

If you haven't taken the snapshot yet and the icon is not appearing, just point towards it while using the camera and take the snapshot, something similar happened to me, I just took the snapshot and it counted. Hope this helps.
