Mission "Catalyst"

I cant play the Mission 11 Catalyst everytime i get on the train i need to throw boxes with left mouse button so far so good.... i press the button with all my fingers..but the throw bar will not go up ...... i have no idea how to fix this

Worked for me. Ryder caught every box except 1 box.

im having same issue, i tried it with M&K. I kept shaking the aim reticle around Ryder and his car and the meter would go up sporadically [nothing seems to work consistently]

UPDATE: Okay, to anyone who has the same issue playing on a high-end PC like myself that reads this post in the future having problems with the "POWER BAR" to throw the boxes to Ryder:
Lower your graphics resolution to the ABSOLUTE LOWEST res that you can, then lower FPS down to either 30-60 and the power bar will respond optimally.
For whatever reason, the porting over to an enhanced graphic edition causes the power bar to not respond properly to your controller / mouse input button. Afterwards, return your graphic resolution / fps back to what you originally had it

I can confirm this is still a bug on high end PCs on Dec 2024 hasn't been fixed yet.

This is a workaround but you can also cap fps to 60 as Soga said and still works at least for me.
