So the point still stands
Now comparing it with the PS2/Modded Steam Original version, it just speaks for itself how they removed the original lighting, characters are a lot uglier, theres bad AI upscaling on text which lead to a ton of typos, new textures that just look out of place.
The style the original was going for is just gone.
""""Definitive""" looks like an asset flip mod, while PS2/Original Steam look much better. Although the original Steam version does need a mod to make it look like PS2.

Also, modding the Original port to match PS2 is very easy nowadays. So making it the PS2 version makes it much more definitive than ""Definitive""

Both 3 and VC remasters have their original distinct color palletes.
The Definitive Edition ports all pretty much have the same G-mod asset flip looking style. While the PS2, modded PC versions do all have a different look.

They work fine for me, not that it makes any difference.
