Output Monitor
When I open the game, the game appears on the main monitor, then when the R* logo appears, it comes to my secondary monitor, then I press alt+enter and take the game back to my main screen. How can I fix this?

I found solved this problem.
  1. Go to
    C:\Users\<user_name>\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas Definitive Edition\Config\WindowsNoEditor
  2. Open GameUserSettings.ini in notepad
  3. Find OutputMonitor and change value from 1 on 0
  4. Save file and run game
