Graphics Mod Pack?

These games still look abhorrent - particularly SA. These look like alphas, not even betas. Anyway, are there any mod packs that feature a bunch of graphical enhancements? No ENBs.

Try looking on mod sites. But generally speaking, no, there aren't many. Not a lot of people are interested in making cosmetic mods for a 2 year old update to a 20 year old game when those mods already exist for the original.
