Remasters looks and runs better than originals. But also have more bugs than originals.
Obviously remasters dont look like V

None of the original titles is playable anymore. Playing any of them higher than 30 fps will break the game's car physics and make it so you can't drive backwards, it may also freeze or crash during cutscenes.

This is isn't true, at least with the Silent Patch. The original games were still very popular all the way up until DE's release, so that doesn't really make sense if they're unplayable on modern computers. It's framerates above 60 where you start having serious problems. GTA III and VC are 100% playable and running as intended at 60 frames with the Silent Patch with the exception of activating side missions such as parademics and taxis being broken due to the horn not working as intended, in which case quickly activating the 30FPS frame limiter in the menu solves that single issue and you can resume the side missions at 60. SA has a few more problems, but none are game breaking. Swimming is substantially slower at 60 and boats don't seem to control quite as well. That's all I can think of from memory.
