Now that the remasters have been out for a year and sold over 10 million copies, they don't care anymore. The remasters have a page on Nexus Mods with already over 100 mods to download and Take Two is not harassing anyone about it.

what do you call this?
https://www.resetera.com/threads/take2-issued-dmca-takedown-notice-to-flat2vr-mods-for-all-of-their-games.604806/
Or this?
Also not everything was "Original Trilogy" like you claim.

Last I checked, GTA IV wasnt part of the "Trilogy"
You are defending a corporation that has more money than anyone in this thread.
They don't give a rats ass about me, you, or anyone else here, they just care about the money.
You arent going to get any special prize or privilege out of this, so I fail to see why you are even bothering. Games make most of their money in the first few days of release, which means that Take2 already profited no matter what anyone says.
The links you posted are all from that era in which they were issuing those DMCA.. They are kinda old news.
People are making mods for the DE and so far they haven't done anything against it. And after so much bad PR, they might leave it alone from now on.
The company killed any good will they had with modders, which is why many moved on to other games.
The guy below you, Claude_Lib, is one such modder that Take-Two screwed over. He has a swathe of major contributions to the GTA modding community as a whole over the last number of years.
Hell, as I mentioned before in the VC discussion board, This guy was part of the GTA Reverse Engineering project that Rockstar/Take-Two sued
Do you honestly think that he wants anything to do with making mods on a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ mobile port of a game made by a company willing to throw him and others to the wolves all in the name of quick profit?
Real Spit, True Saliva
Sure, some people got burned and lost any motivation to work on mods for GTA, but not everyone. Some left, some stay... life goes on. Mods cannot be stopped and keep being made.
