Cars and charakters move so fast - is it normal?
I feel like in 2.0 speed movie on youtube. Guys is it normal?
I'm playing gta 3 DE now and everything is much slower
My character isnt fast like usain bolt

Turn off your FPS limiter/locker. If your game is running "too fast" you're locking your FPS to a higher level than the game was designed to run at.

I have same settings 144hz / ucapped in both game but in gta 3 character move speed is much slower. Some opinions about driving car.
