Can't start mission.
Theres a mission at the Vercetti Estate marked with a V on the map, but theres no red circle to start the mission, only the thing you walk into to collect money. Is it suposed to be like this, or is the mission just not starting? The last mission i completed is cop land if that helps.

I thought that was a bug too, but yeah like MASTAN said, pretty sure you gotta do other missions first.
