I've listened to all the radio stations for several minutes but the achievement hasn't unlocked. Are there more radio stations later or something?

You need to fully listen to one song or talk show on each station. Wait until current song ends, listen to the next one fully, then when new song starts you can switch away. Better do it all during taxi missions.

The way I did it. You need to listen to the talk stations up to 5 to 6 minutes (just turn on your phone and count 5-6 minutes on the clock), as for the radio stations if there's a song that's currently being played, wait for it to end and listen the next one till the end of it and switch to the next one. I did the achievement yesterday

It's possible some of the time you spent listening was during a mission and that you reverted, so it didn't count. It happened to me, anyway, but I got it by slowly listening to the stations while doing the taxi missions

Does it get thrown off if I save/exit the game and come back to it? Also, I just listened through the entire V-Rock station while doing Vigilante in a hunter, hopefully that still counts...

In addition to what people have already said, make sure to do this in a SESSION of playing you cant break it up (i.e. listen to half of stations, save and reload at a later time)

For me, I listened to everything I thought for 5 minutes and it did not pop. Then I looked at my stats and just started listening to what was listed as my least played radio station.I did that for at least 5 minutes and then checked stats to see if I had a new least played station. If I did, I listened to that one. I only had to do this once and then the achievement popped.

Only taxi would work. Paramedic/firefighter/vigilante vehilcles don't have radiostations.
