Failed to save

After big updated my game failed to save both for old and saving after start a new game too. Anyone know how to fix?

What exactly happens?
There was(maybe still is?) a rare bug when save icons become missing.
Or you save and game says it can't save?
Or you save and it looks ok but can't load later?
In the latter cases maybe game can't write to the %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA Vice City Definitive Edition\Profiles\ folder. The reasons may differ: wrong write permissions, disk drive being damaged or full, security software preventing it...

E.g. Microsoft's Control Folder Access can prevent apps from writing into Documents folder. See
