While I despise Take 2, this time they were kind of in the right to take the mod down. Shouldnt have been standalone and should have been a mod for 4. Not gonna lose sleep over them losing money though!

It was a mod, standalone has been released after the youtube channel is deleted by take2.

It's extra funny because the developers were planning to require you to have the game files in order for the mod to work but released a version that wasn't dependent on the game files when rockstar decided to send them a C&D 2 days before the project was finished. I get it though Rockstar. I'd be embarrassed too if 4 people can create a PC port of Vice City that's more fit for purpose than a multi billion dollar studio. Fortunately the devs are Russian so Rockstar won't be able to actually do anything about it.

After all crap they pulled and how many mods they destroyed out of jelaousy, this is compeltely justified

the Manhunt Rockstar is selling now on Steam is STILL a broken game because you can't pass the first level due to a bug or anti-piracy restriction (that tells that they are selling a cracked version xD) so without third party fixes you can't play that game at all.... So yea, rockstar/take2 is not the best company ever existed
