Game not launching after downgrading

This doesn't have to do with the definitive edition but i recently downgraded the rgl version of gta vice city and worked but then i messed something up when I was trying to replace weapon models so i deleted the file i thought was causing the problem but it made it worse with the game not launching anymore so i deleted the game and redowngraded it again but now it doesn't launch so i deleted the every file i used to downgrade gta vc and re download it back but when i downgraded again for like the 5th time it still wont launch so i don't know what to do and i doubt anyone will know on here but ill leave this post here to see if anyone has a solution.

Try posting in the place where you got the downgrader. Or on the original GTA-VC page. You're asking about an entirely different game.
