Camera auto center

Is there a way to disable the auto centering of the camera? It's driving me nuts, I cannot play Vice City the way I used to back in the day

Just try to not use the mouse if you dont have to, you will get used to it and it works very nice then

It doesn't fix auto alignment, this mod just changes the angle.
