just keep trying honestly some are tough that's how it is in games that don't ask you for a difficulty setting

Guys I Did It, The hardest Mission on GTA VC using controller. Got a controller and now I am enjoying and I am on a roll. SEE YA :)

This, along with bombs away and demolition man used to be my hardest missions when I first played. Now, they felt very easy. I guess the flight school in GTA San Andreas helps. Controlling helicopters and fixed wing aircraft isn't so hard now.

@Cat Yes the definitive edition controls of flight felt easy from 2003 version. Bombs away and demolition man were easy for me, I don't know How Bombs away got done for me but it was not this hard and I am yet to play San Andreas. I don't know how hard flying will be in SA.

also anyone having trouble taking off? the propeller spins slowly and the plane does not move from the water

Use a controller, It will assist and make the flying easy.

im still playing Vice City without some controler and i think it is not problem on my side. is it any other option to play it normaly?

Check the controls. As far as I know Kb and mouse is doable but very tough.
