There is one more egregious issue and that is just how under leveled your Envy is. From what I am reading I see that you have 30 Envy Levels in all Body Routines with the exception of Magic Attack where you have 55 Envy Levels. I can then only assume that you are utilizing Body Strategy in order to double the benefits from Body Routines. If you were to have 100 Routine Levels in any of the five combat stats then you have a +100% bonus and then Body Strategy would double that to +200%. While going past that will have diminishing returns it is still very much worth further investment.
The amount of Sin you get from Total Experience is then multiplied by various factors. Class Routines and Secondary Equipment bonuses are among them but they are small and can't be easily boosted so lets skip them. That leaves Greed, Gluttony, and Envy itself as your most powerful multipliers.
Envy, personal leveling up, and stat ups.
That is what I shall work on now.
How do the Armor and Flag help with exp generation? They boost PDef and all stats, respectively, and none of their specials appear to have anything to do with Exp. Of all the artifacts obtainable up through Evil City, it looks like only Wanderer's Robe boosts exp directly.
Argh. I actually knew that (that the passives and randoms are different) and then forgot. :-( It's even in the Wiki. Thanks for reminding me.
