What's a "Holy Bone" for?

Its just a by-product of generating Virtue in the most efficient manner. You can feed it to Gluttony for a small boost in all stats.

Oh, there it is! Thanks, both of you. I saw that "Holy Bone" had been added both as a resource and as a routine but I didn't see where.

Of course I still can't make enough Virtue (or Malice) to progress. Presumably after a few more completions I'll have enough destiny to get there. Along with some other Statues (some of which, argh, 40k destiny, but at least next time through I will keep Norn around, so I will have enough Wreaths to make an Elixir.)

That reminds me... do I have to avoid the slums to get enough goddess statues to build the big goddess in Holy City? Or is there some other way (besides spending a ton of Sin on raising the cap)?

There should be an unlucky girl that you run into first time you enter Holy City. Her dialogue line has a few Goddess Statue Capacity bonuses.

Not enough. They got me to 36, but I need 70. That's a lot of Sin (140, for seven iterations of "Extra Inventory - Worshipper").
