No, there isn't. You just have to get the Runestones to increase your max. Over time, you'll get your Instant Action up pretty high, allowing you to breeze through increasing your maximum. For example, I get 4.337 whenever I get an Instant Action completed, so I'm getting about a third of what it costs to create a Runestone, since it costs 12 runes to make

O.o runes are not made with instant actions :D

I assume you ment Dungen reward? Although I rather go for the DK. :D

Runestones increase the rune cap, which are made with an instant action. And as you progress, you will get them easier. In one of the later areas, one of the enemies can drop five runes per defeat, whereas the rare enemy (which can then be spammed on DK) can drop 12 runes

Thx. Yea, im aware of this. Im just a bit not amused to need to get the first runestone by questline every playthrough because I 1 rune max short. exept, what rere does drop 12 runes? Silver scale dragon is a rare, and it only drops 5...

What area are you capable of reaching as of this moment?

Last time I tried, it was 2nd stage of Valley Village. But that was quite a time ago. Im now at my 5th ed 3 Run, and I've unlocked all sin stat+ upgrades from the first two guardians.
I'll see what I can do now, im just grinding out all quests from the desert ans Smith village atm. And the verry smelly sacket :d

Then you're getting close to being able to unlock the summons... they're in the following area

dont seems so, im still stuck at valley deep. Hell Butterfliea & tree golem combo screws me up totally.

Might I ask what your strategy is for Valley Village?
kaiserp Feb 25 @ 2:09am
My party was
-Ogre
-Iron Golem (100 scrap metal)
-Silver Scale Dragon
-Obedient Berserker (earth Canon)
-MC with Magic Wand (Aqua Blast)
-Lesser Wyvern
-Brutal Right arm
-Scarlet Dragon

Using Magic Formation.

I somehow finnally broke through with like

400 honey
700 wine
800 olives
800 Eggs

in gluttony, but that seems verry inefficient, and is not relyably repeatable :D
Im trying to get the 40 corn, but i still need a lot of luck to get throufh the dungeon.

that runn is literally runnings for days and days.
Griffon and arbitratore are done too now :D

any better advice?

Well your first problem is that you are using mainly Zone 6 (Ruins) monsters to fight Zone 8 (Valley) monsters. Your Zone 7 (Desert) monsters are significantly stronger than almost everything in your current line up and any Zone 8 monsters you picked up vastly outmatch even them without any upgrade seed investment. It is always important to update your combat team set up to use the latest zone's monsters.

Secondly, we have to talk about your focus on special effects. I can see that you are using Scarlet Dragon (Extra stats based on Current amount of Fire Magic), Iron Golem (Extra Def/Magic Def based on Current amount of Scrap Metal), and the Silver Scale Dragon (Extra stats based on Current Amount of Wind/Earth Magic). While these effects are useful in the zone you acquire them in, they quickly become obsolete as you progress. The bonus from the Iron Golem is quickly overtaken by the Status Up gain you can get from a single hour of grinding for Inspiration. Meanwhile, the bonuses from the Scarlet Dragon and Silver Scale Dragon will not only also become obsolete given time, their bonuses will also change to reflect your Current magic values. This means using spells or cooking food, which also uses magic, will lower how much you get from these bonuses as you might have noticed whenever your Obedient Berserker uses Earth Cannon (about 20 Earth Magic if I recall correctly). Instead of relying on these special effects, focus instead on having all, or most, of your back line having All Status%. This is a multiplier so it will only become obsolete when you find new party members with a stronger version of this bonus.

Lastly, your Gluttony focus does not mention Dried Fruit which is the undisputed best way to boost Magic Atk and Magic Def. You unlock it in the Desert and it only needs Dates (Zone 7 snake boss) and Apples (Zone 2 Treant boss or passive gain from Elder Treant party member).
