Does Summon Speed get better?

Whenever I level it up, I get a 1% increase in speed... Okay, that'd be useful if it wasn't for the fact that the requirement for each time I do a level of summoning, the time increases by far more than 1%. Why would I bother investing in this at all rather than just investing those same levels into the summons themselves?

are you takling about the familiar summon speed?
well, you can just deselect it and all the levels are given to the other things you have selected, so you dont really loose anything but you get slightly more levels to use

familiar is always using the given amount of lvls to calculate what stats are given for the selected familiar, so you can untick any familiar and change as you like

Ah, okay, that makes sense then; I was under the impression that it's simply used to direct where levels go when it levels up- something that was only reset with the dark ritual. Thank you.
