What are the requirement to destroy the bandit hideout?

I finished the game but noticed some '???' in the Story Flow. One of them seems connected to destroying the bandit hideout. I searched the internet extensively, but the only clue is that you need 'Arrived in the cave' and 'Don't talk to Iari'. When I do this, I still do not get any options after 'Arrived in the cave'.

I ignored the Knight Commander the entire time, but after 'Arrived in the cave' I only get some options in the bandit hideout after talking to the knight commander.

So far I figured the following requirements:
- Go 'Deeper into the slums'
- Complete 'Go to the Guild 3'
- Complete 'Get out of my way!'
- Don't talk to Iari

I tried a manual play through to make sure I got all options available.

I got a manual save ready before choosing 'Leaving the village alone/together'.

This one? Cause I've not been able to unlock it either. There is also the "???" after "A group of monsters" that I have no way to unlock despite my best efforts.

Yes! You unlocked it. It is called 'Talk With Knight Commander' in your screenshot. Do you remember how you got there?

The other one after 'Bandit Note 2' is also locked for me.
The third for me is after Locket, trying to get that one now.

I don't think you actually need to do anything for that one, it just shows up when you destroy the bandit hideout on your own, possibly after completing one more "go to guild" quest before he shows up.

I found the hideout on 1 or 2 chronicle, as far as i remember you get there after chasing the last man that bumped in you in the city. In the chronicle with Yari you dont have to ignore talking to her, she will also advise you to follow the last suspicious man. But there will be more options to chose from.
By the way, its not an action, its in Dungeon column

Found it by doing the following:
- Started Willing Revenge
- Plowed through the Guild missions, beating all areas up until Moon Forest - Abyss
- Did 'Go to the Guild X' up until 3
- Finished 'Get Out of my way!' for each of them
- 'Arrived at the cave' unlocks, complete that
- Destroy the Hideout by fighting the bandits
- Choose 'Report to the knights' instead of 'Get treasure'

For what its worth, I skipped the tournaments and facilities (Orphanage, Library, etc...).

The '???' In your screenshot are unlocked when choosing 'Report to Authorities'.
You can do this in the following way:
- Started Willing Revenge
- Plowed through the Guild missions, beating all areas up until Moon Forest - Abyss
- Did 'Go to the Guild X' up until 3
- Finished 'Get Out of my way!' for each of them
- 'Arrived at the cave' unlocks, complete that
- Destroy the Hideout by fighting the bandits
- Choose 'Get treasure'
- Search the Dead Bandit
- Pick Bandit Note 2
- Choose 'Report to authorities' instead of 'Go to Smith's village'

Fun fact you can still take over the bandit hideout after destroying it if you complete Tournament 6 after destroying it and talking with Iari. I guess this is a bug.
