miracle stone/Lucky rabbits foot

these both say "this has effects about locked content." which has put me off from farming lostlorn forest for anything except exp.. what am i missing?

So Miracle Stone and Lucky Rabbit's Foot affect Austere Training on top of Worship. Think of Austere Training as a stronger version of Worship that will obviously take more Habit to cap. It takes a bit to unlock it, so you don't need to worry about it for the time being. But if you wish to unlock it, you need 300 Habit Efficiency.

I see. so a constant grind into the habit+ with inspiration an you will eventually reach that mark then?

That is correct, yes. Eventually, you will unlock a feature that will (temporarily) re-lock it, but that's something that won't happen for a good, long while because I presume you're on your first run. For now, focus on Status Ups and Habit Efficiency, and you'll get there.
