Dark rituals get you more inspiration because you get more levels.
Greed is the most efficient way to get sin when you reincarnate. You can use this to increase the amount of inspiration you get every level.
You start with just +1 inspiration per level. I am currently getting 1.34k inspiration per level and get 60-80 levels per dark ritual which means my base stats increase by about 20k per hour... When you get to the higher endings, these extra stats are necessary just to proceed... At your level though, I would focus on unlocking things and doing the one time inspiration and sin upgrades as they are much more efficient than the repeatable ones.
since you just started ED2, dont bother to much with it
the interesting thing with greed is, that each time you fill the desire bar, the desiere max doubles, wich is a huge increase to sin gain, but that really gets good when you have a lot of research, so dont worry to much about it
so just do what acaykath suggested, get all the upgrade actions in astral world and akashic records, then see if you can do fast sin runs and get inspiration + going
a small correction to what he wrote, every sacred ritual gives you inspiration depending on what rank you are, 1-10 gives 1 inspiration, 11 - 20 gives 2, 21 - 30 gives 3 etc
