Pressing "Q" will add an action to either a Dungeon queue or a Loop Action queue or an "Other" queue. Using the Sloth quick menu or the regular Routine->Sloth screen will allow you to re-order and change quantity.
The reason I think the usability is better is because you have 6 slots for each, and they don't interfere with each other. You can do 6 dungeons in an order AND perform 6 loop actions in an order AND perform 6 instant actions in an order. Technically the last one (Other) allows you to use any action, allowing you to do a loop action then an instant when it's finished, kind of like the old system but with 6 slots (again, if I'm understanding correctly) just with a couple more steps initially.
Also (again, if I'm understanding correctly), these queues are what determine your offline bonus incomes.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, and I hope they fix the progress bars soon so I can jump back in without feeling like I'm going to throw up (seriously, I don't know why it's doing that to me but I feel physically sick with it).
Two new upgrades were added for 2 more slots (for me 11 in total without spending rubys but finishing all possible inspiration and sin upgrades)
Press O and hover over Sloth Overlay on the right upper corner and you see an explanation for the shortcuts (like O and Q)
