Warrior's Optimisation routine. What does it do?

I am confused with this routine's description. It says: "Attack Speed of weapon unit: ...". It seems to reduce the Interval for skill activation but it does not show this effect on any tooltips. I also heard that it actually does not affect "You" but only affects Summons with elemental attacks or something like that.

Can someone clarify which skills are actually affected by this? Any elemental skill of summons, physical elemental skills, magical elemental skills, maybe skills of "You" too?

As a suggestion for developer - it would be useful to see both default and modified Interval values on skill tooltip.

For example, instead of

2.8
you can show:
[interval]
2.8 (2.65)

it affects summons that have the weapon in the description, where the stuff like water, fire etc are written

Do you mean Attribute? So only Orc, Lizard Man and Ghoul out of all summons with 4 areas fully unlocked? Do they have to use physical skill or does it affect any skill they use? I thought some elemental skills are affected too because when two similar monsters fight each other with the same skill mine usually hits first.

as far as i know it affects all skills, but yes, only those summons at your point
