I gather that you wish to ask for assistance with the missing skins on your account. No worries, let me assist you with your concern.
To resolve your issue, we have manually added the Gore, Biophage (also called Infected Skin) and Radeon Skins to your account. You should immediately see the said skin when you launch the game. Could you make sure to restart first your game and make sure that it is updated?
Please be informed that the skins, including the Snake Skin, will be visible inside your game account but might not be visible or added to your Game Library due to a known issue that the team is still currently investigating. Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated date on when this issue will be fixed. Nevertheless, I assure you that you can still see and equip your skins inside the game.
