Dx12 is about 20% faster on frametimes and fps than dx11.
" The game is even more CPU-limited when running under DirectX 11, resulting in even worse general performance than when using the default DirectX 12."
The only and present fix for the huge fps drops, put the lighting quality to low ( default is standard).

not really, could just not notice or care about the odd FPS drop and probably isnt using raytracing. so his game experience probably IS fine
At launch it run better on dx11 for me.
Now it runs good DX12 on high and fsr on quality at 1440p.
RT is still a pain but i dont care really much since it still looks very good without it.
DX11 runs now worse with stutters but hey as long one functions for me...... ^^
It can look potentially nice, depending on how used and implemented
In CP though, i see very little difference with it on.
In a lot of games, in general, (take a lot with a grain of salt since there are not a LOT of RT games overall) most of what i see from RT while looking cool in some of them, still winds up being stuff that i dont notice much if i am actually playing, cause my attention is elsewhere
like trying not to become dead etc.
Others though, they like to run around looking for little nuances and what not.
Everything else works fine
