DLC3 is not included in the Season pass / Deluxe Edition? FIXED

DLC3 is not included in the Season pass / Deluxe Edition?

As far as I remember it was the part of it.

Currently it states like it is not owned on the Store Page as well as it is not included in the game's DLC section in the Library. What?

I bought the season pass yesterday, here's proof of DLC3 being added along with it:

It took its sweet time getting added to my library but that's on steam itself, not the SP or developers, so I would recommend contacting steam support instead.

Possibly the Season pass bought on pre-order or the one that includes in the Deluxe Edition are different from the one you have bought. That makes sense.
Anyway the issue should be resolved for all the Season pass owners.
Already reported to the Steam Tech Support for this issue.

So did I yesterday when I got anxious about it not showing up before they could answer they appeared, got the explanation later.

The day one edition wasn't a season pass/deluxe deal, just an extra skin and weapon or something. Shouldn't be a difference with the vanilla release..

I'm guessing them games must be gettin' too big or something

Not quite correct.
There were two editions. Standard and Deluxe.

Here is what I bought:

If you purchased the SP it will show up just like I showed you; if it doesn't it's still a steam issue you'll need to contact support about.

(by the way i refunded the riot bundle after i learned the season pass includes it.)

Yesterday it took over an hour for it to finally show up correctly in-library on my end; fingers crossed and otherwise try https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithPurchase and creating a support ticket for further assistance.

after restarting the steam, it works properly now.

yup, this worked at least in showing the DLC, hope the game content is in as well
