This game lags on my i9 13900k and rtx 4080

After all the fuss I'm running a pretty steady 60fps on a 3080Ti i7 11700 with everything and Raytracing on high.

Only thing I can think of is are you using FSR or have you 'upped' settings in Engine.ini or GameUserSettings.ini or are you running "stock"?

12700k and RTX 4080 run very smooth.......without raytracing for sure. 110-150 FPS on 2K

1440p (FSR Quality)
Everything high (except the volumetric)
RT off (because the cpu limit)

Stable 60fps on all place, no stutter or drops these settings.

Nope it is broken for EVERYONE, even for you. BUT some people have higher tolerans levels than others and for some the performance is better than for others... but overall the game is BROKEN since people have reporter the same problems with highend hardware as in midend. So take that thick skull of yours and process it, I know you are capable old man.

The game works just fine on my PC at 2K fully maxed out and RT on, locked to 60FPS and smooth frame rates. Others can also play the game well and enjoy doing so, as recent reviews and comments 'factually' state. You will never ever change that 'fact'.
If you can't run TCP very well on your PC, don't moan at others who don't have your problems. Don't waste your time, play games you can run and like, or you will be an 'old man' far sooner than you think..

The game is badly optimized, but I'd advice to disable RayTracing anyway. Even a 4080 isnt strong enough for RT in some situations, its still an FPS eating gimmick.
