*WORST FINAL BOSS FIGHT* I cannot kill the final boss. Anyone know a cheat code lol?

I've used all of my ammo, the explosive canisters, explodey bad guys, wtf am I to do? This is the worst boss fight I have ever had.

I just finished the fight. It was super easy the thing just didn't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ die.

its a very annoying boss fight, boomers, his acid attack makes it a nightmare for sure.

The game is very beautiful but the last piece is really too frustrating.
Too bad it spoils the experience a bit.

Mm terrible boss, even visually it's just so bland, big meat man. With a silly little jog animation to top it off.

It took me a while to figure out but it's actually not as hard as it looks. The key is to manage the "boomers". For me the best strategy was to grab them with GRP and throw them at the boss. When it's meat shield around it's head is down unload the heaviest weapon you have at it.
To get the shield down, throwing the red cannisters or boomers with GRP will help you top get it down quickly without spending too much ammo.
It's a terrible and boss fight and I did NOT enjoy it. But with this strategy I managed to get it down.

upgrade skunk gun to max, except you dont need the swarmers, just the magnum ammo
Sell all other ammo, just bring skunk gun ammo
and maybe a health injector or two in case you have an accident.
Then shoot boss in face
Throw crawlers in his face when they are handy
Just keep shooting his face
then he dies after a few cycles

you need an almost powered up assault rifle (last weapon with most damage you can get) as well as lots of ammo for it and you always have to run like the devil after you filled most of the full magazine with 25 shots in its face. When you hear that the boss is running behind you, you should do the same, but in the other direction. But don't forget to reload if there's enough space between you and him. Some of the explosive containers are helpful, too. Note: Prefer his face, that shiny place on the head. Important: I've played the game on easiest difficulty level, for my excusion, i'm old.

Assault rifle is weak VS the skunk gun with magnum ammo
fight ends much much sooner with skunk gun
He will be dead before you even get to throw the 2nd wave of crawlers at him

Yea i was over it only time in the game that i bumped the difficulty down just to get it over with.
