QTE issues.
Am I only one having inconsistent QTE problems. Mashing E works when the little benis creatures grab me. But not when normal enemies grapple me. I have to mash Y on my controller next to me just to win those QTEs

The controller was never plugged in when I first started noticing the issue :(

Yup, I've tried to rebind the button. Changed any other button that shares a function with it. Nothing works.
