Why does such a thing as blind monsters even exists in this game as a separate kind?

I mean if I shoot off a head of a regular one, it will be just fine without it and still will be able to find me. So I think biophages don't need eyes anyway.

When the blind boys get alerted to you, they too like the headless, do not have a hard time finding you.

The stealth section is kind of just a pace breaker, letting you play the game a bit differently if you want. But the blind AI is just very... dumb, and oddly deaf.

Its there just to rip off the last of us a little bit more, makes no sense and the monster doesnt really add anything that the regular enemies already have.
