Can someone share with me the save file from right after they've beaten the final boss.
I spent like 3 hours today trying to do that, I honestly gave this game everything I had and pushed through it all, but I seem to not be able to beat this final boss.

I would actually recommend checking out WeMod if you just want to bypass him as you would miss a cut-scene between him and the very final segment.

WeMod may not be for everyone, but is an app launcher cheat program that takes out all the irritating bits of using CheatEngine (and is free). One is invuln so you can either do that or inf ammo if you want to just blast him away.

Is updated often with all the various games, the "play" button works with steam, and it works for this game since Day 1. My second run I decided to try a more "Dead Space" like thing for example where I got inf credits to buy/upgrade all the guns as I can, and so far it's been fine (still leaning towards GRP and melee though lol).

And just to be "that guy" - if you do use it, just avoid games with online (never worth the potential ban) or play the game offline so it doesn't mess up anything stats wise.

Edit: It also works like any other trainer once the game has launched/you click play in WeMod and see it say "Playing"; numkeys become cheats (but you can change it if you want - as a lot of games use the screenshot button as something)

Thanks for the response. I don't mind missing the cut-scene since I already watched it on YT, broke my heart honestly that I had to do it, but it is what it is -- I haven't played a game so far where I needed to watch the finale on yt :-(

I'm too afraid of using any kind of cheat programs, never have, so I'll probably pass.

For me the trick was actually not to rush this fight. The boss has a lot of health. The combustors are summoned once you deplete his health a bit, so once you clear a wave, you should take the time to heal (it's possible if you get far enough) and reload. Rinse and repeat and voila.
