When i press "redeem on steam with your steam account"
It says 'We could not successfully complete the activation. Please try again.'
Anyone else having same problem?

Yeah, just replying to their e-mail wherever you do e-mail works. I just replied within Gmail.

Yeah, like the other guy said, just reply directly from your email when they get back to you

Yeah, sent the first support ticket yesterday and AMD get back to me in an hour or so, and the second reply, has not been received yet. After a day passed.
Maybe too many GPU buyers stuck to redeem, lol. :steamsalty:

it took me a day too for they to reply the second e-mail, and now o got the code from them, hope they gat back to you asap

Just received the reply with the game key in it as well.
Another reward game is through Epic Games, I wonder if that will also face a similar issue.

open steam > profile > account details > manage steam guard (account security) > Deauthorize all devices > proceed

THIS WORKED!!!! Thanks man. AMD Support was absolutely no help and would not just send me a key.

I was desperate with AMD Rewards and its incompetent technical support until I read your message, THANK YOU VERY MUCH, IT WORKED!!!, in my case I redeemed an Uncharted code.

How to Fix AMD Reward Steam Guard Issue

If you are having difficulty redeeming your game selection from steam, the issue may be related to your Steam Guard setting.

To fix the issue please try the following:

1. Enter your Steam “Account Details” page
2. Enter your “Manage Steam Guard” page
3. Click the button near the bottom of the page to “Deauthorize all devices”
Got some unused reward, If anyone interested
I had trouble using the hardware verification program until I tried redeeming the AMD code on Edge Browser instead of Chrome
