Yeah, sent the first support ticket yesterday and AMD get back to me in an hour or so, and the second reply, has not been received yet. After a day passed.
Maybe too many GPU buyers stuck to redeem, lol.

Just received the reply with the game key in it as well.
Another reward game is through Epic Games, I wonder if that will also face a similar issue.
open steam > profile > account details > manage steam guard (account security) > Deauthorize all devices > proceed
I was desperate with AMD Rewards and its incompetent technical support until I read your message, THANK YOU VERY MUCH, IT WORKED!!!, in my case I redeemed an Uncharted code.
If you are having difficulty redeeming your game selection from steam, the issue may be related to your Steam Guard setting.
To fix the issue please try the following:
1. Enter your Steam “Account Details” page
2. Enter your “Manage Steam Guard” page
3. Click the button near the bottom of the page to “Deauthorize all devices”
