no, but you will need 5090 to emulate PS5

No, it won't. Game is CPU limited (using only one or two threads), faster graphics cards won't change anything. That's why most people don't see any improvement in FPS when activating FSR, reducing the render resolution doesn't help if the graphics card isn't the issue.

4090 is 10x more powerful than a ps5..if it runs fine now on ps5 it’s because it was a crappy pc port with little optimization.

If the 5090 will be available games need a 10090. You can't win this game. Pay every time for the newest graphic card generation and work until you die for it. Thats the plan.

I have the same specs than you, only my rtx is 3080, not Ti, but my monitor is 5k.. in ultra.. with medium Ray Tracing... maybe your machine is obsolete, the game flows really well

Yes, I totally agree. The main problem in this game is the cpu limit.
