Nvidia is giving good advices for you to get more than 100 fps for this game. You cant play this game with rtx ultra above 60 fps. Wait for developers to optimise the game.
You dont even own the game, so just stop posting already
Probably dont even have RTX 3090ti or a TV
They should've been more clear and explain the 1440p was for raytracing-- 4k without it should be no problem for you whatsoever.
Meanwhile 4k native raytracing in triple-a games hasn't been playable at 60fps on any gpu, DLSS3's frame generation is the key to doing it upscaled; let's hope older-gen GPU's like ours will get a similar boost, and games like this one will have it patched in soon.
I agree.

Let's see what is my processor and video card and do I own the game or not? I don't have a TV!? Meaningless people! Those who do not care what is said and think about meaningless things!
My graphics card is Rtx 3090, my processor is i9 11900KF and Ram 128 GB. Here you go and be ashamed! Also my TV is LG Oled 65BX6LB!
Attached is the photo showing that I have the same review on my other Steam account!

^ You can expect not owning the game to be the first thing people hold against you when complaining here-- it's your own fault for not posting with that account to begin with.
Now on-topic; Agreed its insane how nVidia GeForce Experience treats a 3090/11900K combo.. but nVidia has its own forums where you can voice that complaint, and I think your post would be more meaningful there.
I deliberately choose a custom driver install so I can uncheck GeForce Experience anyway; no need for "recommendations" when I can tinker and find my own settings, thank you.
PS: 3060Ti and 5900x here, smooth ride since latest patch.
