Death Animations are paid?

I bought the Deluxe, but gee is this scummy. I hope there is enough backlash to make the animations available for every player. nobody is buying the deluxe edition for the animations...

Devs work on salaries and are paid a head of time, the only time a games sales effect there pay is if they have goals they have to meat via sales numbers for bonus's which is unethical btw but thats a whole other can of worms.
